What’s Covered?

1. Initial Inspection Guarantee (Risk-Free Arrival)

We understand that shipping oversized gear can be stressful. If your product arrives with any manufacturing defects or shipping damage, we offer Free Returns or Exchanges.

  • Note: Please inspect your tent upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours.

2. Performance Protection (During Use)

If a defect in materials or workmanship arises during the first 3 years of regular use, we’ve got you covered. This includes:

  • Replacement Parts: We will ship functional replacement components at no cost.

  • Repair Support: We provide technical guidance and support to ensure your tent is restored to peak condition.

Lifetime Service & Support

Even after the 3-year period, your journey doesn’t end. As a Jiadrooe owner, you have Lifetime Access to our technical support and the ability to purchase replacement parts at a preferred member rate.

Exclusions & Limitations

To ensure fairness and maintain our high service standards, our warranty does NOT cover:

  • Intentional Damage: Any damage caused by misuse, accidents, or deliberate alteration.

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Minor cosmetic changes (like sun fading or natural fabric aging) that do not affect the tent's structural integrity.

  • Extreme Weather: Damage from winds or storms exceeding the product’s rated capacity.
