Custom Pattern Guidelines: Design Your Unique Sanctuary

Make your Jiadrooe Titan T3021 uniquely yours. We are proud to offer full Hardshell pattern customization using advanced POD (Print-on-Demand) technology on our premium aluminum shells. This is not a decal; it is a durable, long-lasting print engineered for the wild.

To ensure your custom design looks crisp, professional, and breathtaking when printed at full scale, please read and follow these crucial image requirements.

 

📐 Image Dimensions & Safe Zone

The canvas size for the T3021 hardshell is large. Your artwork must match the precise dimensions below to cover the full printable area.

  • Canvas Size: 2001mm x 1193mm

  • Resolution: Minimum 150 DPI (300 DPI preferred for maximum clarity).

💡 Engineer's Tip: When designing, please create your canvas at the exact measurement of 2001mm x 1193mm. Images at lower DPI will appear pixelated or blurry when printed at this full scale.

🖼️ File Format Requirements

We accept high-quality, professional design file formats. We highly recommend vector formats for complex graphics.

  • Preferred (Vector): .PDF (vector-based), .AI (Adobe Illustrator), .EPS.

  • Acceptable (Raster): .TIFF, .JPG, .PNG.

    • Raster files must be exported at full size (2001mm x 1193mm) at a minimum of 150 DPI.

🚫 What NOT to Use (To Avoid Blurry Printing)

If you submit an image from the sources below, we cannot guarantee print quality, and your order will likely be put on hold.

  1. NO Screenshots: Taking a screenshot from Google or social media results in very low resolution.

  2. NO Blurry or Dark Phone Photos: High-noise, dark, or out-of-focus photos will not print well.

  3. NO Small Images Pulled from the Web: A 1000px wide image will not scale to 2001mm without heavy quality loss.

⚖️ Copyright & Trademarks

You are responsible for the content you upload. By submitting an image, you confirm you own the rights to it or have explicit permission to use it.

We cannot print:

  • Trademarked logos (e.g., Star Wars, NFL, Patagonia, etc.) without proof of ownership or authorization.

  • Copyrighted artwork without a license.

⏳ Production Time & Return Policy

Please manage your timeline expectations for custom orders.

  • Extended Production: Custom POD printing adds approximately 1-2 weeks to the standard T3021 production time before dropshipping from the factory.

  • Non-Returnable: Due to the personalized nature of this service, Custom-Patterned T3021 tents are NON-RETURNABLE and non-refundable. We only accept warranty claims for defects in materials or workmanship (not the print quality if low-res art was submitted).

📥 How to Submit Your Design

  1. Complete your custom pattern design following these guidelines.

  2. Ensure your file is named correctly (e.g., Jiadrooe-T3021-Custom-[OrderNumber].pdf).

  3. Upload your design via the "Custom Pattern Upload" field in the Product Configurator during checkout, or email your high-res design to support@jiadrooe.com referencing your order number.

Final Note: Jiadrooe engineering reserves the right to review and reject artwork that does not meet these technical standards to ensure the final product represents our premium quality.
