At Jiadrooe, we don’t just manufacture gear; we engineer confidence. Our products are designed to withstand the harshest elements and the most demanding trails. We stand behind our craftsmanship, which is why every Titan T3021 and Jiadrooe accessory is backed by our comprehensive 2-year warranty.

🛡️ What is Covered?

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of original purchase. This includes:

  • Structural Integrity: Cracks or failures in the aviation-grade aluminum shell.

  • Hardware: Malfunctions in hydraulic struts, hinges, and locking mechanisms.

  • Fabric & Seams: Defects in stitching, waterproofing, or thermal liner integrity.

  • Integrated Tech: Failures in the internal Power Hub or LED lighting systems (under normal use).

⚠️ Special Policy for Custom Orders

We take immense pride in our Bespoke Customization Service, where we print your unique stories and engineering data onto your tent.

Please Note: Because custom-designed products are manufactured specifically to your individual specifications, all custom orders are considered "Final Sale." >

  • No Returns or Exchanges: Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged for "change of mind" or aesthetic preferences once production has begun.

  • The Exception: If a custom product arrives with a verifiable manufacturing defect or functional quality issue, we will honor the warranty by repairing or replacing the defective component at no cost to you.

🚫 What is Not Covered?

To keep things fair, our warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Normal Wear & Tear: Slight fading of fabric over time or minor cosmetic scratches from trail use.

  • Abuse or Neglect: Damage caused by accidents, improper mounting, or exceeding weight/speed limits.

  • Acts of Nature: Damage from extreme storms, falling trees, or wildlife.

  • Unauthorized Modifications: Any alterations made to the structure or electrical system without Jiadrooe's written consent.

🛠️ How to Make a Claim

If you encounter an issue, we are here to get you back on the trail as quickly as possible.

  1. Contact Us: Email shiwu0131@outlook.com with your order number.

  2. Provide Evidence: Attach clear photos or a short video demonstrating the defect.

  3. Resolution: Our engineering team will review your claim within 48 hours. We will either ship replacement parts, authorize a local repair at one of our NM/MO service centers, or replace the unit if necessary.
