1. Performance & Vehicle Impact

Q: How will a Jiadrooe Titan affect my vehicle's fuel economy (MPG)? A: Any roof-mounted gear adds aerodynamic drag. However, the Titan T3021 features a slim, 7-inch low-profile aluminum shell designed to minimize wind resistance. Most users report a minor impact of 1-3 MPG depending on driving speed and vehicle type.

Q: Is there significant wind noise at highway speeds? A: Thanks to our hardshell aerodynamic design and tight-seal locking mechanism, wind noise is significantly lower than soft-shell tents. It is engineered to be quiet even at 70+ mph.

2. Safety & Engineering

Q: Is it safe to stay in an aluminum hardshell tent during a lightning storm? A: While no outdoor structure is 100% lightning-proof, an aluminum hardshell tent can act as a partial Faraday Cage, directing electrical current around the exterior rather than through the interior. However, we always recommend seeking permanent shelter during severe electrical storms.

Q: What is the difference between Static and Dynamic weight loads? A: Dynamic Load is the weight your vehicle's roof can handle while moving (the weight of the tent itself). Static Load is the weight it can handle while parked (the tent + people + gear). The Titan T3021 is designed to be lightweight (approx. 155 lbs) to stay within most factory dynamic load limits.

Q: Can I track my Amazon MCF shipment? A: Yes. Once your order is processed from our US warehouse, you will receive a tracking number (typically TBA for Amazon Logistics). You can track this directly on our site or via the carrier’s portal.
