At Jiadrooe, we provide two distinct paths to your next adventure. Whether you demand a bespoke, one-of-a-kind custom build or a battle-ready tent delivered in days, our logistics are engineered for security and transparency.

1. Custom Build Orders (The Bespoke Journey)

For orders involving Custom Patterns, Integrated Power Hubs, or specific factory-installed accessories.

Because your custom Titan T3021 is engineered to your specific requirements, it undergoes a specialized production and transit process:

• Production & Quality Control: 7–10 Business Days. Each custom pattern is POD-printed and every Power Hub is multi-point tested before leaving our factory.

• International Sea Freight: Due to the T3021's rugged aviation-aluminum construction and oversized dimensions, Air Freight is not possible. Your tent will travel via secure Sea Freight to ensure maximum protection.

• US Domestic Truck Delivery: Once cleared through US customs, your tent is too large for standard couriers (FedEx/UPS). It will be handled exclusively by Professional LTL Trucking (Large Freight).

• Estimated Transit Time: Approximately 30 Days. > Note: A freight representative will call you to schedule a delivery appointment once the truck reaches your local terminal.

2. US In-Stock Inventory (The Fast Track)

If you prefer speed over customization, we maintain a dedicated inventory of our most popular configurations at our US-based warehouses.

• Eligible Models: Titan T3021 Standard Edition & Titan T3021 High-Spec Edition.

• Warehouse Location: Indiana / California (Amazon MCF Network).

• Delivery Time: 5–7 Business Days.

• Logistics: Shipped fast and free via Amazon Logistics for the ultimate convenience.

3. Important Freight Information

• Delivery Area: We currently ship exclusively to the Contiguous United States. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

• Curbside Delivery: Truck freight deliveries are "Curbside." Please ensure you have a flat, accessible area for the driver to offload your T3021.

• Inspection Required: Upon arrival, please inspect the crate for any transit damage before signing the BOL (Bill of Lading).
